So glad you are back! So, this is a new website, so the first step is to create a new account with us. Once your account is created, we have to manually give you Wholesale access. It only takes a minute, we are keeping up, so it shouldnt take long. Once that happens, you will have access to a private (logged in members only) wholesale order page. Yes, definitely. We are more than happy to reuse glass or anything other parts of our products. Its especially easy if you live close, just drop them by, or leave them outside the door. Please dont feel the need to ship anything back to us though. Luckily the glassware can be repurposed in a million ways, in fact the 5 and 10oz candles are in Rocks Glasses, so you can clean them out, wash them, and use as drinkware! Glass can also be recycled. Almost all of our other materials is biodegradable or recyclable. We'd love to see how you reuse your Kansas Earth and Sky Products! Tag us in photos!

Our 5oz and 10oz candle jars come in nice Rocks Glasses, so yeah, you should re-use them!! Cleaning out wax from an old candle is easy. The most effective way to start is to put the candle in the freezer for a few hours. The wax will contract and you should be able to pop the leftover wax out. We use high temp hot glue for our wick tabs, so if the wick tab doesn't pop out when frozen, you can try using a hair dryer (or heat gun ideally) to get that glue melted. Wipe out as much wax and/or glue as you can. Use a paper towel and clean out any wax residue. When you rinse it in the sink or dishwasher with soap, be sure there isn't much if any wax left at all (wax can harden in pipes later). At the studio we use a heat gun, and paper towels to clean out vessels. Then windex and a microfiber towel to polish clean. Ready to reuse!

Hemp is an amazing resource, its sustainable, renewable, durable, and happens to be great for wicks. Does it contain CDB or THC? The amounts of either compound in a tiny, tiny amount of hemp, is absolutely miniscule, probably immeasurable. So, no, its not something to worry about or be concerned about if you have an allergy to hemp or its compounds.

This can happen from time to time, especially if the spray sits for a while between sprays. The resolution is pretty simple really. Just unscrew your spray top, and run it under warm water for a minute or two. Try to wash nozzle, and pump through warm water. Eventually the spray nozzle should clear. You may want to try soaking it for a few minutes if this doesn't work. If all else fails, just let us know and we can get you a replacement.

If there is ever a problem with your products, we are dedicated to making it right, being kind, and respectful of your support! Customer is responsible for returning the unused portion of the candle or wax melt at their expense and in exchange. We will ship, at our expense, a replacement product. This free exchange is only valid if the product remains unused, unlit, unburned, and/or unmelted. By purchasing products from the Kansas Earth and Sky Candle Company LLC®, you agree to hold harmless Kansas Earth and Sky Candle Company LLC®, its employees, agents, owners, contractors, third party vendors, and associates from any damage caused by the use of our products including but not limited to any fires, damaged caused by heat, wax stains, etc. You also agree to hold harmless, defend, and protect the Kansas Earth and Sky Candle Company LLC® from any claims by any insurance carrier arising from your misuse, either intentional or unintentional, of our products. Burning candles create a fire hazard and should be used properly. You agree to never leave a burning candle unattended, to keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch, to discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains, to avoid burning the candle(s) in drafts, to keep all candles and wax products away from children, pets and flammable objects, and to burn the candle for no more than 2 hours at a time. Kansas Earth and Sky Candle Company LLC® agrees to provide customers with one (1) exchange per ordered product in the event the customer is unhappy with their purchase. They are extremely simple combustion machines, and they can be dangerous. If you are tired, busy, or preoccupied, please do not burn them till you can keep them in your sight at all times. We've all been there, if you leave the room or feel sleepy, BLOW OUT THE CANDLE! Use common sense, keep them away from walls, drapes, plants, ext..ext. and dont leave them on Grandmas Antique table from Antiques Roadshow, if the glass gets hot enough it CAN leave damage. This might be obvious, but do not ever ingest our candle wax. Certain fragrances smell great, often like food or drinks, but they are not edible, and should never be consumed or used cosmetically in any way. Kansas Earth and Sky Candle Company LLC® is required to collect sales tax for Kansas residents in accordance with state law. Sales tax is calculated upon product and shipping charges.
