Kindness and respect are very important to our family, friends, and our business. So, if there is ever an issue with a product or purchase, please let us know via email or phone (or in store) so we can try our very best to make it right!
Shipping + Return Policy
Exchanges:
Kansas Earth and Sky Candle Company LLC® agrees to provide customers with one (1) exchange per ordered product in the event the customer is unhappy with their purchase. Customer is responsible for returning the unused product at their expense and in exchange, the Kansas Earth and Sky Candle LLC® will ship, at our expense, a replacement product. This free exchange (or refund) is only valid if the candle(s) has not been lit / burned, and or product used/melted.
Refunds:
If you'd rather get a refund, please ship it back to us (see above). We will refund your credit card or Paypal amount once the products arrive back to the studio.

Broken Glass / Delivery Error: This happens from time to time when shipping glass. Things can break in the mail or get lost. Please let us know if this happens by emailing us a description of the issue, and photos of the broken box/product(if breakage occurs). From there we will get you fresh product re-shipped, and we will file a claim with the postal service.

By purchasing products from the Kansas Earth and Sky Candle Company LLC®, you agree to hold harmless Kansas Earth and Sky Candle Company LLC®, its employees, agents, owners, contractors, third party vendors, and associates from any damage caused by the use of our products including but not limited to any fires, burns, damage caused by heat, wax stains, bodily injury, allergic reactions, lacerations from glass, etc. You also agree to hold harmless, defend, and protect the Kansas Earth and Sky Candle Company LLC® from any claims by any insurance carrier arising from your misuse, either intentional or unintentional, of our products. Burning candles create a fire hazard and should be used properly. You agree to never leave a burning candle unattended, to keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch, to discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains, to avoid burning the candle(s) in drafts, to keep all candles and wax products away from children, pets and flammable objects, and to burn the candle for no more than 2 hours at a time. Products contain flammable fragrance oil and should be treated with care. If you notice cracks in glass, discontinue use immediately.
